As an Advanced Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula, I pride myself in providing you and your partner with care, understanding, information and support during the postpartum period. Postpartum Support

From our initial meeting all the way through welcoming baby, I take the time to get to know you, your concerns and your needs. It is my goal to offer hands on support to make sure your experience is as calm and positive as possible.

Newborn Care

After beginning our relationship with a meet and greet, I offer hands-on, baby focused support with the goal of creating positive sleeping habits that encourage sleeping through the night without crying.

New Parent Classes

This class is designed to walk you through pregnancy, postpartum, and caring for newborns.   It is our goal to create a balance between providing factual information and offering a platform for peer support. 

Sleeping Child

Sleep Consultations

Virtual consultations beginning at $250, which includes a sleep plan, virtual support via FaceTime or Zoom, and text/email support.
